When we were cleaning out my wife’s parents house, I had a lot of furniture posted on Marketplace. You would be suprised what people show up in to pick up the large items. And several rather small females came by themselves and wanted me to load the furniture by myself.

I knew a guy in SF that did that when he had his annual multi-block yard sale. He did "clean outs" on houses that were staged for "Estate Sales" and had to be broom clean on Monday morning. Anything left over he was allowed to keep as partial payment for services. He'd have a huge yard sale once per year. I've watched him drop a Baccarat vase when a lowballer offered him $15 for it. He said, "Now you can have it for $15." LOL!
