I agree 100%. The seat should be properly made. You paid put out a big chunk of change for that boat. I suggest starting with a nice but firm letter working up to obnoxious asshat if needed. You know the more flys with sugar thing.

I think he's past sugar. 9 months to get a seat and then it comes like that?! Nope, I'd be raising cain! That's a premier boat at a premier price, there's no reason not to expect perfection! Is it functional? Sure... but for how long?! The devil is in the details and the devil crapped on that seat!
