I need a safe - and some advise

Don`t buy one that has the keypad ONLY for access. Get one with a backup key to get in it. Or get a dial. Keypads are quicker,but if they crap out,you need a way to get in it without calling a locksmith.

I need a decent safe. So I have done some research and have come up with a few general requirements: I know I need to buy one that has more capacity than what I actually own. Have been to Tractor Supply and seen the Cannon's and Winchesters. Been to Cabela's and Hi Caliber. Now its time to make a decision.

I want something in the 40-50 gun capacity. I can't spend more than $1500. I am looking at the Liberty fatboy Jr, and the Champion Medalist 41. They seem very close in specs.

Any advise? What safe should I buy?

The Fatboy jr. is a good way to go I sell those at $1399 plus delivery, I will tell you getting 40 in a 48 gun capacity safe is tough. Liberty has a new model which is a Colonial 64 same size as the Fatboy 64 but instead of 75 min fire its a 60 min fire and the platform of the colonial with bolts and such. $1750 plus delivery.
