Yup, the belt and can wasn't even on. (They were in the bed though) I knew I'd be outside of it a few times, so I didn't want some crazy to rack it. Thinking it over, I think the easiest way for me to overcome that would be to pull the trigger bar out of the gun. And put a snap cap/blank/spent round at the first link. I was kinda in a hurry to see if my dual purpose stand would even work. I need to do a few more tweaks and it'll be ready. I'm thinking though, I'll probably just end up converting this to a slantback and using a LWS setup instead.
