Well I was being a little facetious. They aren't exactly perfect. They let their youngest daughter go too wild. I'm sure they had to pick their battles. She's @ 27 now. We had to move her down the road a little to get her where she needed to be. She was making bad decisions. She finished college, has a good job, bought a very small house and now is married. I sure hope the husband had a clue what he was getting into between her and the her mother. Dad isn't exactly the best either. That side of the family hates us, but oh well. I'd do it again, it's what needed to happen. I hope someday they understand

Just so everyone is clear...I ain't judging or even talking about the OP's kids or criticizing HIM in any possible way. I AM sympathetic to the issue at hand. But I ain't suggesting that he needs to do anything that I did, y'all did or whatever. It's not MY business any further than offering opinions in a thread.
I think some folks are quick to judge or suggest **** about people and kids they don't even know. But everything I have said is just what I WOULD DO.

I don't have any teens now, but I raised my oldest child a girl like a boy. She kept my 2 sons in check. My 2 sons are 30-31 years old. But, they still won't get out of line because my daughter doesn't play around. She's 41 now with her own daughter, my granddaughter only acts up when she's with me, because she knows my daughter won't go after her when I'm around. I know it's not fair but I don't see my granddaughter that much because they live in Virginia.

One of my wife's best friends is a preacher's daughter. Her oldest daughter, at 15 got pregnant......Then divorced, single mom. Then pregnant again before marriage.
And we see the effects of bad grammar and sentence structure.
