Became a lawyer, started a family, been busy for the last decade lol

I was cruising timber in N. Augusta, SC one morning when this doe came hauling ass up a hill toward me. I hunkered down and when she got about 10 yds from me I stood up and shouted BOO! She kept coming. I couldn’t believe it. Walked right up like a dog and let me pet her. Then she followed me plot by plot. I called my partner and told him to meet me at the truck. He couldn’t believe it when I came out of the woods with a doe walking next to me like a dog. Had to have been someones pet but it was so cool.

We've got a small herd.. varies... up to eight...
Wander the neighborhood eating freshly planted shrubs and flowers.
They'll walk right up to within a couple of feet, but spook if you make a sudden movement.
Climb steps to get to tender shrub tops...
Saw one with a couple of fawns awhile back.

A couple of years ago this Doe in my backyard looked like she was giving me the "come on" lol. When I looked more closely I could see why - junior in the ivy.

Well he actually tried to walk into the open window today, but bad news is that he is definitely sick and crossing the rainbow bridge tonight
