I wanna go fishing for Eel. Does anyone know where?

I never bought an underwater camera but looking back I wish I had. GoPro's came out after I got out of diving.

Had a spontaneous pneumothorax (collapsed lung) so I couldn't scuba dive for 5 years so I took up skydiving. Then in 2010 moved from Florida to the North GA mountains so I sold most of my dive gear. Still have a mask, fins and snorkel I need to sell.

You generally don't find them above the fall line, where the dams on major rivers mostly are, and on most rivers they have to get by 2 or 3. Eels can't get pass the dams, although every now and then someone says they catch them above a dam, but it's not an every day thing.

That's why there are so many suggestions to fish below the dams -that's as far as the eels can go, thank you Jesus.

If you are just Jonesing for an eel, Dekalb Farmers Market usually has them. I'm sure there are some establishments (Asian) on Buford Hwy. that has them.
