Most of the time I think both parties should meet half way but I can understand the seller not wanting to go very far, especially when offering a good deal unless they're very motivated to sell. What blows my mind is when the buyer wants you to just about deliver it to their house. Seems backwards to me. If you really want something you should be willing to go get it. 2 cents worth.
