I wanted some Chicken Quesadillas

Been laid up and was tired of not making something decent to eat so.......I cooks up some chicken breast, onions and bell pepper. Added some pepper jack cheese inside and a cheddar mix on the outside...I like when I flip them to fry some of the cheese to almost crisps on the side..Sides are Sour Cream, Guacamole and Salsa...I did drop some medium hot sauce on top..

Time to eat now..

Looking good!!! Cooking can be fun (clean up not so much) but then you can get the food exactly how you want it.
