That’s a S&W 1917. Colt also had a 1917 revolver chambered in .45ACP that used half moon clips, but the one in the pic is definitely a S&W.

That revolver looks like a K-frame gun in .38 caliber, not the M1917 or some other N-frame gun.

I think she resembles British actor Claude Rains (1889 -1967).

Look at the size of that bore. Doesn’t look like a .38, even taking forced perspective into consideration. If that’s a big woman with mannish hands, that could easily be a 1917.
