Identify this muzzle brake

Looks like a Cutts compensator: www.ebay.com ; search: 'cutts compensator'
It looks VERY similar to a Chicago typewriter comp.
yeah, this is probably right.
It's likely an earlier generation of THIS, a modern aftermarket muzzle brake /compensator for the Tec9, Cobray, SWD, MAC, or similar "ugly bullet hose" SMG's and the semi-auto pistol variants.
If the caliber is 9mm, then the threads should be 3/4" diameter x 10 turns per inch.

The only difference is the old one you have has the entire lower half knurled, and the modern ones only have a narrow knurled band (cheaper to mass produce).

I will check all diameters. I cant imagine the problem this would cause sticking on a 12 gauge. Thanks for your diligent search. I run into some strange stuff...
