It's just so much easier to have all the info in one place.
I'm not even going to try and remember what someone says or take notes throughout the day, and surely don't have time for phone tag.
I'm not in a hurry to buy, sell, or trade.
Even with plenty of evidence in PMs, Neg FB may not stick, if the other party can tell convincing enough lies to the gullible Mods.
