I guess I’ve been lucky. I’ve done several deals that were setup in an actual phone conversation (some of us old MFers still use that ancient form of communication) and they went fine.

Most of my deals have been finalized via PM though.

It just seems sketchy to me...I asked to set up a meet/ answers questions in PM's and he said that didn't work for him
