Listing 8 guns for sale in one hour without an ffl seems like a recipe for a visit by the ATF. I wouldn't want to have anything to do with that at all. Where does hobby end, and gun shop begin? Until the laws change to a more Constutional standard, it is prudent not to push the boundry that hard.
I see 'mobile gun dealers' at the shows all the time. Some even have push carts like a street vendor selling hotdogs.
I don't agree with the current laws, but I'm not willing to have federal inmates trying to play house with me to make my point.
I know some folks that have received 'cease and desist' letters from ATF. Friendly reminders really that they need an FFL to be 'engaged in the business.'
