Old neighbor of ours owns a liquor store in Roswell. Covid drove sales up 4x since people couldn’t go to bars…..wish I was on the front end of that deal. Always shoulda woulda coulda. On a serious note I like rental properties. Long term deal….some pains but overall if you can acquire 10 or more by retirement you have a nice reoccurring revenue stream.
