If you had $50000 to invest for the future, where would you put it to make the most money?

Robert Kiyosaki’s business model of leveraging low-interest debt doesn’t look to have any traction for the foreseeable future, that’s for damsure.
Conversely, the business of paying off debts to escape the rent-seeking interest racket seems to be picking up for ol’ Dave Ramsay.

Anything you've got that incurs interest is worth thinking about clearing. There WILL BE NO credit card debt forgiveness granted - you'll always be on your own there - and keep an eye on what your current card APR is - it'll automatically help you rein in your spending.

However - don't cripple yourself elsewhere in your budget. Some people bust their asses and make their lives miserable by devoting every spare penny they have into paying down debt.
