one gun to "carry" everywhere?
Well, that means it's going to be a handgun. I'm not going shopping at the mall unarmed, nor will I walk in there with a tactical carbine or SMG-looking handgun that is basically a rifle with a short barrel and no shoulder stock.
I'd say it would be a medium to full sized 9mm.
Accurate enough to have fun with at the range and to enjoy the sport of handgun shooting, BUT still reasonable for concealment or open carry daily.
