Is that over the Etowa River?
When I was living in NJ, I was a Diver Master at a SCUBA shop, we use to take students to various places and one of the Rail Road trestles over the Shrewsberry River. It was an easy dive, only 15 to 20 ft depending on the tides (it was an ocean tributary). The experienced staff used to wait for a train to pass over and watch the newbies panic underwater (we call them SAND Divers - Sorry Ass Novice Divers)!!
