Guess it’s better than more apartments in that area

Kind of surprised since Ikea is more aimed at city dwellers in apartments and student housing than the 'burbs. The only other one around is in Atlantic Station, so this might be a draw. It can't hurt the area though and maybe with some development they can 'gentrify' it a bit and run out the riff-raff.
