I'm looking for a place to spread out

I sold my house in Gwinnett and am ready to move on. I'm looking for a property 8-10 acres with a house out in the country. This area is becoming a **** hole, over crowded, too much traffic, too many diversified whackos with stupid welcoming signs on their lawns. Where should we be looking in Ga. for what we are looking for under 200k. Any suggestions from the guys out there would be greatly appreciated. I am a very conservative guy and I only speak english, so that narrows down the search. Thanks in advance.

Yea ten acres and a house for 200k don’t seem super common right now. You will find some across the country just be prepared for a lot of remodeling and moving way out in the sticks.

Look at Sparta GA area and Patterson GA area. Those towns and the surrounding area are going to be your best bet, IMO.

10 acres with house 200k and under, I would look as far south in the humidity and swamp belt area....and not be too picky with the house.
