I'm seriously considering having a pre-emptive come to Jesus with him but I realize it's a no-no (since we can't hurt his feelings) and I suspect it wouldn't go well anyway.
73% because the other 27% weren't caught again. These people cannot be "rehabilitated" and re-introduced to "society." They just can't. They never change into a normal empathetic person just because they were locked up in felon college and received a little counselling from a social "worker." It just simply does not happen. If they aren't actively engaged in the pursuit or molestation of a child it's because they haven't groomed or selected the right victim yet. Period.

Yeah, I always thought that they couldn't move into a place if there was a school or bus stop or whatever nearby.
I didn't realize that WE were expected to cater to THEM.
