I was bidding on something and sniped it at the last 15 seconds. Then saw this: We're determining the winner. Please refresh the page.

Could it be that close of an auction bid that their system has to evaluate it? Never ever heard of this before.

Never before on Ebay but I have seen this on ODT......

If I’m going to bid on an ebay auction I use Bidnapper. I plug in my ‘walk away price’ and it slams my bid with no time left to outbid me.

I haven’t used it in years but it works great. It also prevents some a-hole from incrementally jacking up the price.

The savings from one auction could save as much as the Bidnapper price for a year.
