You also need a large sump for the pump, and jackhammer and concrete work.

The actual plumbing is easy, the other, not so much.

Has anyone used any of the guys listed? My hot water heater busted yesterday and I need a new one installed. I know they are generally simple to replace but I have a lot of pipes and valves coming off mine for some reason.
