🙏 for the strength and guidance you seek, never feel that you are alone as most of us are dealing with things that most will never admit, get out in the woods and take it out on some pigs or yotes, all jokes aside nature's therapy has never let me down and almost positive it's saved me more than once in some special way, plus it's free lol

Good advice! It has been multiplied by this last surgery been down for 10 weeks really!
Don't try to tie your d*** in a knot.
No doubt your family has been through a lot. I think what you're feeling is normal. At age, it does take longer to recover. Hang in there
