Pork steak jambalaya…

would you share the recipe?

Pork steak seasoned with Tony’s and high heat seared on both sides and set aside.

Cup of diced onions, green bell pepper, celery (I keep a few gallons bags of the stuff in the freezer) and render down in the fat drippings for about 10 min on a med heat. Last 2 min I add a few spoons of garlic in a jar.

Dice up the meat and toss it back in the pot, 4 cups of chicken stock, 1 cup of rice, bring to boil, reduce heat, and cover for 25 min stirring occasionally. Handful of parsley and salt to taste. Enjoy
