Sounds like he was either dumb as hell or trying to run cover for his buddies down the street. Should have used a more powerful rifle if he planned to take out a whirlybird. If gov acts like its acting and starts buzzing neighborhoods in ATF helicopters I'd expect more of this in the future. Not saying atf was doing wrong in this instance.
