Any of y'all ever tried this.? I've upped my magnesium and it seems to have me sleeping pretty solid. Haven't tried adding the insitol and glycine since the magnesium is working well.

I didn't even go to bed till nearly 3a last night, lol.
lot of permabans being given out recently. haven't been posting.
I took a 15 minute nap...what did I miss?

Yeah like right now. I tried to lay down at 12:00 got up at 2:30 and I've been drinking coffee and watching TV ever since.
Anything short of a horse tranq doesn't do me much good!
