It's pretty simple. Just pretend you are making pancakes w cornbread mix.

I make mosty casseroles or one pot meals. Tiny kitchen and no dish washer.

I'll send a PM. I spent years trying to figure out how my grandmother made it. The secret is bacon grease (or fat back drippings).

My Mother'in'law (before she passed) used to make "Cornbread Pie" and it's kind'a sorta along the same lines. I make a LOT of casseroles too when I'm not grilling .
