Not always. Better judgement would be that it has a stock and not a brace.

SBR. The stock is CMTs PDW stock .Im not a fan of braces

Actually you can't put a foregrip on a pistol as that would make it a AOW. At least as far as I know

I'm in the process of switching out the gas block for an adjustable one so it's not fully mounted .

Locks up tight though

Looks like you're right -- if the weapon's length is less than 26 inches.
