Is Classic Firearms good to order from?

Honestly, I think they are a little gimmicky. They don't really "do" anything other than tell you that you are out of ammo....which, in theory, you should already know - but even if you didn't, I feel like a "click" is just as effective an indicator and with any other mag, you aren't fighting the recoil spring's pressure from the bolt resting on the follower as you remove it. Potaytoe, potahtoe I suppose.

Yeah, that's my only gripe with them as well. Other than that a good company.

I bought a AK kit (everything less the receiver), a receiver, and some other stuff from them a few years ago, and it arrived at the FFL of my choice a few days later. An uneventful transaction... just the way I like them.

I don't know that I have a preference....honestly, and I'm sure I'll catch a little grief for it but, I like the Tapco mags. They don't wobble as much in some AK's as metal one's do. Circle 10 mags are good...so are Romanian and Chinese surplus. I have not tried the new Magpul ones yet. To be completely honest, I'd be hard pressed to tell you what some of the manufacturers are in my AK mag box. They all work and they are all about the same...that's all I really know.

Tapco mags for my Polish Tantal are the bomb-diddily.

You can even get the faux red color.

Ok I procrastinated on ordering but i just ordered not 2 minutes ago and Classic has already sent me 3 emails. One saying they received my order, another saying it was being picked and processed for shipping and a third to Cherokee, my FFL, saying that they are sending a gun to them for me. Thats pretty cool. I really like the good communication. You dont have to wonder about things.

I hope I get it by next Friday. Anyone know how it takes for a gun to come from them? They right in NC, shouldnt be too long.
