Feedback in of itself isn't all that telling, but multiple posts with different guns for sale over a period of time might get the attention of the BATF. They are not ignorant. They can buy a gun offered by a suspected unlicensed dealer and find out where it was purchased and by whom. The time frame from purchase to resell on multiple guns from one person at a marked up price can show an intent to "be in the business" of buying and reselling guns without a license. They are not interested in someone that buys and sells a few guns, they would be interested in someone that buys and resells 50 or more guns in a year though. Trading does not get any consideration in the unlicensed dealer question since that does not show an intent to be in the business.
There are a few on here that are obviously "in the business" and just because they haven't been arrested yet does not mean there isn't a case being built against them. The funny thing is that when someone is arrested, they usually just stop posting and most never hear anything about it. I personally don't worry about the illegal dealers on here, I just don't deal with the ones I suspect. The obvious ones think they are safe because they have a loop hole or they think the BATF is a bunch of idiots. The loop holes are the ammo the anti's have been using against the legitimate gun enthusiasts. If and when a law is passed or ban is put in place, you can thank your friends that have been operating on the fringes of the law drawing attention to the majority of casual gun owners.
The reason why Glock put a limit on how many Blue Label guns can be purchased by GSSF members was in response to so many unlicensed Glock resellers from the GSSF ranks. Don't be surprised if Glock puts a limit on all Blue Label Glock sales to everyone qualified if there are enough complaints about resellers. There are always a few opportunist that spoil a good thing for the majority of legitimate gun owners.
