Is it ok to blast bad members on here??

So here's a little background on the situation. So I had a deal made with a member on here for a rifle at a very good price. Then the day of the deal I txt to confirm our meet and he says he sold it cause he needed the money. I'm guessing someone turned around and offered him more money and he decided to screw me over. I wouldn't have been so upset but it was a gift for a friend and then I had to let him know he wasn't getting it.

So my question is would I get my pee pee smacked from the moderator if I blasted this guy on here. I've already left a bad feedback. I'm just trying to think of a way to warn everybody about dealing with him.
