Heck I offered a guy his asking price on a 92x and still got no message back. I’m like really?
A number of years ago I tried to buy a nice tract of land in Meriwether Co.
nut had it listed with a realtor I looked at it three times made an offer, silence the more silence then finally a verbal counter through his agent to mine.
i made a written offer of the amount that he countered with, went silent .
thankfully it worked as it did I found far better property.
however he was a complete nut I really think that he wanted the attention of offers with no intent to sell , he never did sell.
