Buy some parts and start tinkering. The AR world can be so much more satisfying when you don't tie your self down to commercially built guns. You can build as high quality or higher than the big recognizable names. I and many MANY others on this forum will be more than happy to help with advice, tools, etc.

Then if your gun doesn't work, you fix it. You know the gun inside and out because you installed every part. You know the gun was built correctly and with quality parts because you built it.

Much more satisfying than sending your factory built gun back to the manufacture just because a 6 dollar part is out of spec.

I would put my "home builds" up against any Colt for build quality/reliability. Plus, they are built EXACTLY how I want.
I am pretty sure no one in their right mind would want an AR built by me.

Hell yeah bro. It will be better than anything you have ever bought before. I am more than willing to help. Buy some parts and bring them down here. You are welcome to all my tools.

Sounds like a fun project maybe I'll sbr the lower and see what we can come up with.

There you go. I will even help you submit an eform so you get your stamp back in around a month. Let's build you a 300 Blackout SBR!
I have a Colt 6920 I would like to get SBRd but I have no idea where to start on filling out the form and submitting it. That would be awesome.
