Is there a tagging feature

I'm not quite ready to block some of the jackwagons on this site, but would love a feature to tag some of the bat**** crazy ones as a reminder. No need to be publicly or permanently attached. Just visible to the tagging user, to help keep track.

Yeah, it would just be nice if their username showed up in green or red or something. You know, just as a warning reminder. "Kook alert!" There are some names i know, but some I forget.
