Yes it's adventure outdoors, yes they suck, yes we all hate them. getting that out of the way, what are people's thoughts on this deal? Has anyone purchased one?

Is this a good deal for a Sig P220

I would agree that condition will probably be the driving factor. I got one of the police trade-in G22s that they had advertised recently for $315 out the door. Drove it to Glock, and after all the upgrades/ replacements (including brand new nightsights) it's a new gun.
Obviously cannot drive across town for Sig, so condition would be important. Wonder if these have SRT installed.
I bought one and it works good for me, cause I was just looking for a shooter. They let me check out a few and some were in pretty bad shape, so I wouldn't just pick the first one they give you. It definitely has quite a few rounds down range. Fully broken in you might say. Came with two mags and box with matching serial number.
And night lights still work - about 50% left I would say.

it was the same story with the G22 - inspected about 6 before picking one, but having Glock around the corner definitely helps ease some of the hesitancy.
