That to me as a former rabbit hunter was pretty astounding as well. Usually the rabbit was well ahead of the dogs and was still moving at a pretty good pace. I've seen a few stop and kind of creep a little if they don't feel immediately in danger from the dogs but they aren't going to let you get close enough to hack them or so I thought hahaha. I've also seen some swim.........buck rabbits. Maybe this fool will swim after them!
