This happens a lot! I'm not very good with customer service which is why I'm not in customer service anymore. I just really don't like my time being wasted and I'm impatient.

It's a herd mentality response. Same as the sheeple that turn their flashers on when it rains. People follow other people's responses without taking the time to ask why. It's actually a good indicator for people that are self aware enough to be able to separate wilds from the heard in the pasture.
