I use Pro Blend Protein(look it up, speaks for it's self) make mineral sites, put up stands and blinds, nothing permanent. Mainly ladder stands. Will sign a waiver saying you are not responsible if I get hurt on property. Would like a year long lease. Deer, small game and turkey.
