Normally there is not a wear in for trigger parts. What brand of receiver is on the gun because it sounds like someothing is out of spec. Pictures would help a lot because I'm guessing this won't be the last issue you have.

I was thinking Anderson as I have found some of their parts out of spec before. With all the parts floating around now, could be several different combos.
