Item Description: Up for sale is my 14.5 inch AR upper chambered in 556/223. Got this on trade a while back and I’m realizing I’m probably never gonna do anything with it so here it is. It has a BCM hand guard and a Rosco barrel. I was told it is a complete BCM upper, but since I cannot see any markings that indicate it is a BCM on the receiver, I’m selling it as it a complete generic upper with a decent barrel and a BCM hand guard. No BCG or charging handle, but I do have a set of magpul m-bus flip sights I will include at asking price. And it’s a low low price of only $280!! Please send me a PM if interested. Thanks, Odt.

Is this still available? And is it a pinned and welded barrel?

Still available and no, it has not been pinned or welded yet. So you can still change the muzzle device to anything else you want before making it a permanent attachment.
