Item Description: Hello All,

I've got an excellent condition Tula 1935 Hex Mosin Nagant. All numbers match, except bayonet. Rifling in the barrel is nice and sharp, crown is shiny, no rust, no pitting. Slick action. Comes with bayonet and sling.

Don't know if this matters.... picked this up from an ODT'er a few weeks back, and is unfired by me. Got a new project to fund

Tread lightly here, folks. As you can see I posted an "I'll take it" at 5:23 this morning and followed up with a PM to the seller, who replied that I was second on the list. When I asked how this could be, I was told he had already received a couple of PM's from others. It doesn't matter to me - I have several Mosins. It's the principle involved. Maybe protocol has changed over the years. It used to be that the first posted "I'll take it" with a follow-up email was first in line. As I told the seller, it's his rifle and he can sell to whomever he pleases. It's just not the way i do business.

If it doesn't matter, why are you complaining about it?
Any item I have ever sold is in order of pm received.
I could care less who posted in the ad.
All feedback disputes are settled by what was sent via pm, not by stuff posted.

was always my understanding that the first pm is first....if i want something i pm, don't even do an I'll take it on the thread...
