Item Description: Up for sale is a 2000 Romanian SAR-1 in excellent shape. If you're unfamiliar with SAR rifles, here is a recap:
1) Only imported from 1999-2003.
2) The closest you'll come to a real Romanian AKM minus the fun switch.
3) SAR rifles > WASR rifles.
This rifle has the beautiful cinnamon dark red hardwood factory furniture with palmswell handguards. The bolt, bolt carrier, rear sight leaf, and gas tube numbers all match the receiver. This SAR also has the additional upgrade of the muzzle threaded in 14x1LH with detent, spring, and slant brake. $650 firm. No trades.
