Item Description: I have a well taken care of 06 Land Rover LR3 HSE with 172k miles. I am the second owner, car fax denotes all services, done at Land Rover until I bought it at 150k miles. All service handled by SCC Performance from then until today. All oil changes every 4k with Synthetic. Transmission and differentials are less than 12k miles ago. Tires still have about 40k miles left of tread.
I used this as an overland vehicle and weekend grocery getter. Vehicle drives well and has never left me stranded. Ready to go anywhere. No leaks. Astounding off road performance.
Nicely kitted with the following-
HD package - rear locker with full size spare (Super rare)
Cold weather package- heated windscreen, heated front and rear seats.
Terrain Response system - 5 modes with high, lo range and center locked diff.
Air Suspension- new airbags 2 years ago and new air compressor this year. Raise or lower the vehicle for off roading.
Rear A/C system for 2nd and 3rd row.
Backup camera installed.
Apple Carplay head unit installed, sounds great too.
Battery is 1 year old.
Brakes all around a year ago.
Smitty Bilt 10k lb winch in a hidden mount behind front bumper, synthetic rope.
Terrafirma rock sliders installed.
One and a half inch lift with rods.
Rear ladder and roof rack.
Cloth dash cover over the old dash.
Issues-
star shaped crack in upper corner of passenger windshield
Drivers side rear passenger window does not go up and down.
Sunroof inoperable, has been sealed around the edges to prevent leaks.
Small spot of body rust inside the rear passenger door on the body side.
Front seats have small torn spots on the front of the seat edge, not in you "seat" area.
Two other issues to mention-
Front driver tire will rub on plastic interior fender in a tight turn at speed sometimes, I never trimmed it up, does not bother me.
Get a phantom "Transmission reduced traction" flash when cranked sometimes. Doe not show up on a code reader and does not affect operation. Have not noticed any reduced traction ever. This is a known gremlin on these according to the Rover forums.
