- This is rifle is one of the now rare and hard-to-find red bakelite side-folder AKs. These are Norinco Chinese guns built by B-West in Tuscon. Caliber 7.62x39mm.
- One owner, all original, no modifications.
- It was purchased in early '90's right before the Bill Clinton "assault rifle" ban.
- It was fired for function and sighted-in (1 box 20-rounds), cleaned, and stored in the gun safe ever since.
- All numbers matching (receiver, bolt, bolt carrier) - see pictures.
- Receiver is stamped "B-West Tucson, AZ AK47S 7.62X39MM Made In USA."
- Serial number is BWA21XX for dating purposes. This is one of early rifle groups that had no receiver/heat treating issues.
- Comes with original sling and one (1) 30-round magazine.
- Look at our listing on Gunbroker.com (item 763332729) for many more up-close pictures. The rifle should sell online between $1800-2200 based on recent auctions. If sold locally, I will immediately remove the listing from Gunbroker.
