Item Description: I believe this gun was manufactured sometime between 1908 and 1918. It has been inspected by a gunsmith (Ott) and pronounced "fireable" (provided very light black powder loads are used). I have not tested that (and wouldn't until I have had it inspected by an experienced barrel maker). I'm no collector, but I would grade it as fair to poor. I have no problem with a serious buyer inspecting it closely, and walking away from the deal. The value of a gun this old is highly subjective (price negotable). Any experts out there... please feel free to comment. I inherited it from my father and he really didn't tell me much about it before he passed away.

edit: 11/20 2009hrs Added a few more closeups. Found the serial number.
