Item Description: Have a used BCM ELW 11.5" upper with KMR 10 rail. I bought this new and have a few thousand rounds on it. It's not been something for mag dumps, it has had an LPVO and AAC M4-2000 on it. With a 1-8x I've been able to regularly engage half IPSC sized steel plates with BH 77gr ammo. Rail covers and 2x BCM Keymod QD sling mounts included. Understand NFA or pistol laws before buying.
