I boughtthis from Academy Sports on 6/18/14 as a birthday present for my father, but 3 days later he bought one himself. The rifle has never been fired, I've never even chambered a round. Still has the tag attached. Comes with a Beretta case and 20 round magazine.
MSRP on this rifle is $595, I am selling it for my cost of $375. I will include receipt so you can register warranty in your name with Beretta. This gives you exactly the same benefit as if you bought it at Academy Sports, since they don't accept returns or handle warranty issues.
