Sorry if this ruffled any feathers. To clarify, this is my item. I've had it for 25+ years. In researching it to set a price (a year ago), I found an international listing (a year ago, on 10/7/2020) on a popular auction site (don't know if I can name names but it rhymes with "bun soaker" 
) where a seller was advertising a gun that was likely produced literally a few days mine was. He shared a lot of details about the changes made by generations of the model, nearly all of which I didn't know. I figured potential buyers may also be unaware of these differences across the gens so I copied those items here.
It's 100% my item but rather than just post his words as my own, I wanted to give credit to my source. Damned if you do, damned if you don't...
