Item Description: Its come time to let the family boat go. Bought in 1995 from a Baptist preacher, this boat has never let us down. Well except that one time the fanbelt broke and we had to hand spin the waterpump with a ski rope all the way home. But other than that, shes been one sweet ride. Cuts through the waves like a 6 ft wide belly flop, shes sure to shake your fillings. Cruises at a whopping 25mph making a wake big enough to rival most sport boats. We restored her to her original glory back in ‘95. Gutting her all the way to the hull and re-framing with treated marine grade lumber and gross amounts of fiberglass. The 4 cyl GM 120hp engine runs great and does not smoke. Mercruiser outdrive was rebuilt in 1996 and is in great shape. It has been maintained and stored meticulously by my father. Always kept in his basement until being stored in my garage the last 2 years. Both engine and drive unit oils were always changed annually. Water always drained from the block. Trailer is in beautiful shape and was also rebuilt by my dad in 1996. Including a new axle. Surge brakes work great. Tires are old (2008) but not checked. She’s old, used, and faded but still has plenty of life left in her. Boat weighs roughly 3k with the trailer. Used battery included and will test run on site.

Accessories included are one set of adult skis, ski/tow ropes, two 2 man towable tubes, kneeboard, brand new winterizing kit, and NIB prop with new hub($120). Trolling motor not included. Pm any interest.

Bump. Ive had a few guys ask the reason for selling. My parents moved to Sun City Peachtree two years ago. So they had to down size a lot which included finding a new place to store the boat. I told pop Id storethe boat until he was ready to get out of the boating game (he’s almost 68). He agreed this past spring this would be the final season. I also need to get the boat out of my garage as well. So no, theres no problems with this boat. There are blemishes that come with any 47 year old boat. But it runs like a sewing machine and does not leak a drop of water. If you want a boat to drag kids behind all day long and not worry about getting it dirty or hurting the seats, this is your boat. As far as my reputation goes for those who dont know me, look at my feedback. I would rather sink the boat myself with all my guns than knowingly sell a lemon.
